Our approach
At Aloe Urgent Care you will experience warm and clear approach to healing. Whether you come through our doors with an acute illness, or a broken bone, or your child has an earache, our staff can take it from here. We will approach your care with respect to you as a whole-person, and not just a broken bone or isolated symptoms. Our staff promises to respect your time and autonomy, and to listen closely to your story as well as provide thorough and efficient care. We look forward to working along with you in our community to help ease your mind and your symptoms toward healing. W. CARL CAPLIN
FOUNDER
W. Carl Caplin, owner and primary care provider grew up right here in Santa Clara UT. W. Carl Caplin FNP-C, graduated with his BSN from Touro University Nevada in 2013. He worked as a registered nurse in hospice. In addition to, children’s PICU, and the emergency department. Carl earned his master’s degree from Chamberlain College in 2018. For the past 4 years he has worked as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urgent care, Internal Medicine, and Cosmetic facial injections. Carl’s patients, family, and friends credit him for his friendly and comfortable presence. He has a passion for helping others. He loves his work as a medical provider and tries to make each of his patients feel heard and comfortable. When he is not at work, you’ll find him on outdoor adventures with his wife, 2 sons and his daughter. Carl also enjoys a day at the pool or writing songs and recording music.

RACHELLE SULLIVAN
PROVIDER
Rachelle was born in Cedar City, Utah and has spent the majority of her life in the St. George area. She received her Nurse Practitioner training at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO and is currently board certified in her field. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Southern Utah University and has an associate of Business degree from Dixie State College. She has experience in management of acute and chronic medical conditions drawing on her background of work in the ER, acute and long-term medical care and medical/surgical departments. Rachelle's happy and bubbly personality will make you feel right at ease on your encounter with her. “Every patient is unique and special and deserves the very best care possible. That’s my goal. Listen to my patients, don’t just “see” them.”
